1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel and return unused goods within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• In resalable condition

2. Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

• You have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods

• After 30 days, you may request repair or replacement

• If repair or replacement fails, you may request a refund

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
